Paula Hubble is the enterprise applications support technician for American Progress. For the last 3 1/2 years, she served as the information technology (IT) service desk manager at the National Institutes of Health, working for NTT DATA Corporation. Prior to that, Paula worked at Lockheed Martin for 25 years in various capacities, including IT project management, knowledge management, and training and development.

Paula earned a bachelor’s and master’s degree from the University of Maryland and holds various certifications: ITIL v3, certified trainer, and certified knowledge manager.
